This is an independent adaptation, not an official MLIT visualization. Changes made by Afterhours: - Selected a bounded subset of the Minato 2025 LOD3 tileset. Individual buildings retain their actual source level: LOD1, LOD2 or LOD3. - Converted ECEF coordinates to a scaled local frame, flattened building foundations to the authored ground, and omitted volumes that interfere with the original park, animated streets or Tokyo Tower composition. - Repositioned and proportionally fitted 27 selected source buildings to the existing foreground composition; these are not their GIS locations. - Welded and quantized geometry, compressed local buffers, resized and repacked texture atlases, and derived approximate glass masks. - Rebuilt close-range cladding, glazing, window interiors, frames and rooftop equipment. These details and all night illumination are authored approximations, not surveyed appearance or live occupancy. - Seven foreground buildings now use independently modeled, reference-inspired silhouettes instead of the selected survey meshes. Their unused source data remains in the package for reproducibility. - Additional near-district infill buildings, parking/service courts and their contents are authored additions, not part of the survey data. manifest.json records the exact source URL and SHA-256 of every imported tile. No city panorama or skyline photograph is used as a backdrop. The separate tower, temple, roads, traffic, shop signs, plants and room remain authored geometry.
